With around 50 colleagues from wpd GmbH and Deutsche Windtechnik AG, it was time for our wind managers to team up to clean up this afternoon.
Armed with gloves, grabbers and buckets from Bremen’s city cleaning service, they cleaned up Bremen’s Überseestadt district and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The most spectacular finds included shoes, carpets and even a baking tray.
Surprising conclusion despite the many bags of garbage: Bremen is much cleaner than expected.
A great team-building event for a good cause. We’ll definitely do it again.
