Once again this year, it was time to team up to clean up. Armed with work gloves, grabbers, buckets and bin bags from Die Bremer Stadtreinigung, we declared war on Bremen’s garbage again this week. With full physical effort.
Together with our colleagues from Deutsche Windtechnik AG and wpd GmbH, we collected 195 kilos. With all kinds of curiosities. Everything from disposable barbecues, defective scanners and old underpants was included. It’s unbelievable what some people just throw around.
But we didn’t let it spoil our mood. Thanks to everyone who helped.
We’d love to do it again. It’s also an excellent team-building activity.
